FixPlast is an independent Ukrainian 3D printing studio founded by engineering specialists. We focus on manufacturing high-strength functional parts that are impossible or too expensive to purchase through traditional OEM channels: headlight brackets, actuator gears, trim clips, interior buttons, and engine bay mountings.
We also operate a dedicated production line for tactical gear and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) components: payload drop mechanisms, camera mounts, antenna holders, motor guards, and field equipment enclosures.
Unlike traditional auto parts shops burdened with massive physical warehouse inventories, FixPlast operates on an innovative On-Demand Manufacturing model. We maintain a comprehensive digital library of verified parametric 3D CAD models. When an order is placed, production starts within hours and ships in 1–2 days. This enables us to provide a vast selection even for vintage vehicles discontinued decades ago.
Our workshop runs high-speed industrial enclosed 3D printers, including Qidi Tech Plus 4 and Bambu Lab systems. Active chamber heating up to 65°C and hotends up to 350°C guarantee superior interlayer bonding and structural reliability for engineering polymers.
